Kinesiology B.A.: Health and Wellness Promotion Concentration

1. Complete the University General Education requirements for the Bachelor of Arts degree. (51 units minimum)

Recommend KINS 1000  in General Education area E1 and MATH 1600  in General Education area B3.  This concentration does not qualify students for admission to the Single Subject Credential Program.  Students are strongly suggested to get advising early in your program to help meet your career objectives.

2. Complete the prerequisites to the major:

• BIOL 1010 - Principles of Biology

• (satisfies General Education area B2) and

• BIOL 1020-1029 - World of Biology Laboratory

• (satisfies General Education area B2 lab requirement)

• ZOOL 2235 - Human Physiology
• ZOOL 2260 - Human Anatomy and Morphology

• *additional prerequisites may be required for admission for post-professional degrees (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Athletic Training, Public Health, etc.)

1. Complete the required courses in the major:

2. Complete two of the following courses in the major:
