*Candidates will enroll in 2 elective courses approved by the College of Education Graduate council.  See the List of Courses that Satisfy Requirements for Curriculum and Instruction M.A. Programs for course information and scheduling.

**The comprehensive examination requirement is satisfied by the submission of a passing score from the current state-wide assessment for school administrator licensure adopted by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).  The candidate is responsible for registering for the examination and paying all required fees.  Additional information regarding the assessment may be found on the CTC website (http://www.ctc.ca.gov).  A passing score is valid for 7 years following issuance by the CTC (or its contracting agency).
