NURS 3320 - Pre-licensure Nursing Leadership and Management (WP)

(3 Units) Focuses on the professional nursing roles of designer, manager, and coordinator of care for the pre-licensure nursing student. Presents theories of leadership, management, organization, planned change, and power. Satisfies upper-division writing proficiency requirement.Prerequisites: Completion of the Writing Proficiency Screening Test with a passing score.
