HIST 3000 - Introductory Seminar in History (WP)

Introduction to the study of history as a discipline, with focus on a major historical work. The circumstances under which the work was produced will be examined through reading, class discussion, and individual work with the instructor.

Satisfies upper-division writing proficiency requirement.

Prerequisites: Completion of the Writing Proficiency Screening Test with a passing score; one year of college-level history or consent of instructor.
