ETHS 2100 - The Chicana/o-Latina/o Experience

Course will examine the historical, economic, social and political forces shaping the Chicana/o and Latina/o experience in the United States. Course will expose students to a critical mapping of the various struggles faced by Chicana/os and Latina/os, and the enduring relationship to socially constructed categories of racial, ethnic, class, gender, and sexual differences across and within different regions of the United States.
