(Formerly Management of Human, Fiscal, and Material Resources) Management of the interrelated human, fiscal, and material resources within PreK-12 settings; funding, budgeting, contractual obligations, and policies and practices for deploying human, fiscal, and material resources to achieve school/district goals and priorities.

Prerequisites: Admission to the Ed.D. program.
