(Formerly Leadership and Organizational Theory and Practice) Leadership and organizational theory and application in educational settings with particular emphasis on Central Valley schools; role of communication within an organization; developing positive and productive educational systems. Includes fieldwork assignments or projects.

Prerequisites: Admission to the Ed.D. program.
