EDCL 5570 - Counseling and Guidance in Education

Course is an overview of the roles, functions, and responsibilities of the school counselor. Students will learn primary theories of learning and instructional strategies, as well as the use of group guidance practices. The development of comprehensive guidance programs will also be explored and discussed.
