Provides the graduate student with computer experience in a statistical package for the social sciences and explores statistical issues in measurement of interest to criminal justice professionals.

Prerequisites: Undergraduate course in statistics or data analysis (CJ 3170 or equivalent) or consent of graduate director; graduate standing.
