CJ 4141 - Criminal Procedures I(3 Units) Case study and analysis of the constitutional requirements and constraints in criminal justice proceedings. Examines the origins of constitutional criminal due process, the Incorporation Doctrine, and arrest, warrants, search and seizure, and the Exclusionary Rule.
Prerequisites: CJ 2250 and CJ 2280, or consent of instructor.
