CJ 3260 - Evidence(3 Units) (Formerly CJ 2260). Introduction to constitutionally-based legal rules of criminal evidence. Topics: admissibility, burden of proof, relevancy, hearsay, and impeachment, among others. Students apply their learning by participating in mock evidentiary hearings.
Prerequisites: CJ 2250 and CJ 2280, or consent of instructor.
