NURS 2000 - Health Assessment

(3 Units) Assists the student in assuming responsibility for assessing the health status of individuals. Focus is on acquiring the skills and abilities required when obtaining a health history and performing a health assessment. (Formerly NURS 3000) Prerequisites: Admission to the pre-licensure nursing program and students must follow curricular roadmap. (Lecture, 2 hours; laboratory, 3 hours)
