(3 Units) The three laws of thermodynamics, equilibrium, critical properties of gases, osmosis, phase rule, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, molecular structure, and spectroscopy. Prerequisites: Successful completion of CHEM 1110 and CHEM 1112, one year of calculus, and one year of physics. (Lecture, 3 hours) (Spring)
