GEOG 2300 - Environmental Conservation3 unit(s) (Same as ENVR 2300) Introduction of the human aspects of environmental conservation, sustainability, and natural resources; and problems arising from human use of the earth’s resources.

Course Learning Outcomes List Students will be able to:
- Evaluate the environmental conditions of humans in relationship to their total environment (PLO 3);
- Analyze historical development of natural resources used to sustain humankind (PLO 3);
- List and describe environmental systems essential for humans (PLO 2);
- Interpret information about the environment (PLO 3);
- Relate the broad principles of environmental conservation learned in class to everyday life (PLO 3 & 4).
