(Community Health Practicum) The focus is on population-based health care of diverse groups across the lifespan and within one or more of the four spheres of care (1) disease prevention/promotion of health and well-being, 2) chronic disease care, 3) regenerative or restorative care, and 4) hospice/ palliative/supportive care.

Corequisites: NURS 4405

Prerequisites: Admission to the Nursing program, RN-BSN students must take NURS 4405 and pre-licensure students must follow curricular roadmap or consent of instructor.
