MUS 4230 - Jazz History Project1 unit(s) (Formerly Media Project) Study and examine the history of jazz improvisation and individuality through ethnographical and independent research.
Prerequisites: MUS 3410.
Course Learning Outcomes List Students will:
1. Collect, evaluate, develop and present materials which showcase their accomplishments to others;
2. Utilize multimedia hardware and software to create methods of presentation and distribution of their information; and
3. Compile and publish all project materials in multimedia presentational form through the development of an interactive CD ROM or the presentation of materials on the World Wide Web.
