MKT 4400 - Consumer Behavior4 unit(s) (Formerly Seminar in Consumer and Organizational Buyer Behavior) Examination of consumer and organizational markets and behavior. Topics include consumer decision process, industrial marketing process, internal and external buyer influences, target markets and segmentation, industrial and consumer marketing mix, and consumer and organizational strategies.
Prerequisites: MKT 3410.
Course Learning Outcomes List The purpose of this course is:
- To familiarize the student with the terminology of consumer and organizational buyer behavior;
- To train the student in case analysis and oral presentation; and
- To prepare the student in utilizing the library to address consumer.
