Course Learning Outcomes List Course Objectives include: 1. Understanding of the major trends of British literary history from the beginnings to 1800.; 2. Familiarity with major texts in British literature to 1800; and 3. Ability to apply critical analysis to literary and historical questions in British literature from 1800 to the present.
