EDSE 4816 - Supervised Clinical Practice II: MMSN2 unit(s) (Formerly Mild/Moderate Disabilities Student Teaching II) The course is designed to provide field experience for candidates for the Education Specialist Credential program and is a continuation of EDSE 4815 CP I. While enrolled in this eight-week second practicum, students will participate in a student teaching experience under the supervision of a mentor teacher and a University supervisor.
Prerequisites: Approved Clinical Practice application
Course Learning Outcomes List Teacher Candidates will be able to:- TPE 1: Engage and Support All Students in Learning;
- TPE 2: Create and Maintain Effective Environments for Student Learning;
- TPE 3: Understand and Organize Subject Matter for Student Learning;
- TPE 4: Plan Instruction and Design Learning Experiences for All Students;
- TPE 5: Assess Student Learning; and,
- TPE 6: Develop as a Professional Educator.
