BUS 5960 - Individual Project

Course focus is on applying both professional and EMBA knowledge to actual business problems and solutions. Students will conceive of, write, and present original work in conjunction with a faculty advisor who will assist with the process. The project is developed throughout the program to complete the EMBA culminating experience requirement.

Prerequisites: Acceptance into the EMBA program.

You will be able to:

  • Think and prepare a solution strategically. Formulate, implement, and evaluate strategy for a unique business opportunity;
  • Present the results of a well thought out solution to a unique business opportunity;
  • Present to your/the business opportunity client/reviewer;
  • Mission and goals for the opportunity;
  • Thorough analysis of the environment in which the opportunity exists or will exist;
  • Formulation and implementation of a strategy for success for the opportunity; and
  • A final product that is complete, thorough, and useful to both the client and you EMBA colleagues.
