Explore language’s cultural origins and politics, addressing student and teacher needs in a pluralistic society. Learn to design accessible, standards-aligned lessons, establish inclusive classrooms, and use equitable assessments. Reflecting on teaching practices through a social justice lens and engaging in scholarship to advance equity and inclusion in K-12 education are emphasized.
