NURS 5305 - Diagnostic Reasoning and the Advanced Practice RN Role

A focus on the symptom/health problem assessment, selection and interpretation of screening and diagnostic tests to formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan. Emphasis is on acquiring and analyzing relevant data to develop a comprehensive and holistic assessment. Includes a historical perspective of the practice role and the evolution of the advanced practice role.
