EDSE 4700 - Education Specialist CalTPA: Cycle 1 Preparation Course

(Formerly: EdSp CalTPA) Prepares teacher candidates to complete Cycle 1 (Mathematics) of the EdSp CalTPA by planning asset-based instruction and assessments, teaching and assessing learning in a classroom with students with IEPs, and applying what was learned through teaching, assessing, and reflection. Course should be taken in conjunction with supervised clinical practice.

Satisfies CCTC and accreditation requirements.

Corequisites: EDSE 4815 and/or 4816 (MMSN candidates) OR EDSE 4915 and/or 4916 (ESN candidates).
