MDIS 1400 - Designing Your Stan State

Introductory course uses a Design Thinking approach to help students get more out of their Stan State experience. Topics include the purpose of college, selecting a major, educational wayfinding, campus culture and resources, and innovating college outcomes through skill-based development. The course includes small group discussion, in-class activities, field exercises, personal reflection, and individual coaching.

Satisfies the Student Success Skills requirement.

Prerequisites: Freshman or Sophomore standing.
