Emphasis is on a thorough subjective and objective assessment, differential diagnosis, diagnostic reasoning, and plan of care for individual common conditions with a focus on prevention and wellness. Strategies to advance communication skills, employ diverse modalities for engaging various audiences, and integrate current and emerging technologies to enhance self-care management will be incorporated throughout the course.

Corequisites: NURS 5110

Prerequisites: NURS 5310, NURS 5040, and NURS 5330.
