ITAL 1020 is the second semester of a beginning language course emphasizing development of facility for oral communication. Listening comprehension, reading, and writing will be central to this course. Cultural nuances will be highlighted, including contemporary living, art, architecture, history, and music from the various regions of Italy.

Prerequisites: ITAL 1010 or its equivalent.
