Participants will critically examine the traditional roles of teachers, students, and learning, and explore innovative teaching practices in both elementary and postsecondary education. Course emphasizes the mobilization of organizational resources to create creative and innovative learning spaces. Assessment techniques include ungrading, equity-based assessment, and cultural sustaining principles.

Prerequisites: Admission to the EdD program.
