EDAD 5808 - Administrative Intern Seminar4 unit(s) To acquire knowledge, understanding, and reflect on experiences gained in the position of administrative intern. Areas of discussion and practice include but are not limited to: best practices in completing the California Administrator Performance Assessment, organizational and leadership practices; ethical and moral behavior and decision-making; quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis; communities of learning; collaborative problem solving and conflict resolution; identification of critical areas of need to support a vision of teaching and learning; development of strategies for school improvement; and stakeholder engagement. *May be repeated up to 4 times.
Prerequisites: Must be enrolled in the School Administration program; Must have completed a formal Administrative Intern Agreement; Must have a formal job offer from a K-12 or County Office institution; Must have applied for your official Adminstrative Intern Credential which is issued by the CTCC.
