Course introduces students to agricultural education in California and the United States. The course covers the duties of the agricultural education teacher and the components of agricultural education programs. Qualifications for teaching agricultural education and admission to the teacher preparation program are also covered. Course satisfies a requirement of the agricultural education credential. Open to Agricultural Major students only. Designed specifically for future teachers in agriculture.
