(NURS 3320 Pre-licensure Nursing Leadership and Management (WP)) Course will explore the role of the nurse-leader and enable students to recognize and develop leadership skills. Models and concepts will be identified and explored as the nurse learns the importance of leading within the climate of the changing health-care environment. Open to Nursing majors only. Open to Juniors and Seniors only.

Satisfies upper-division Writing Proficiency requirement.

Prerequisites: Admission to either the Pre-Licensure Program or the RN-BSN program.
