Introduction to foundational pathophysiological and developmental concepts and their relevance to nursing practice in the care of infants, children, and adolescents with acute and chronic illnesses. Emphasis on the four spheres of care. Open to Nursing majors only. Open to Juniors and Seniors only.

Corequisites: NURS 3850.

Prerequisites: Admission to the pre-licensure nursing program, students must follow curricular roadmap for pre-licensure nursing.
