Professional Nursing Nursing is explored as a multifaceted profession. Upon completion, students will have a deep understanding of how their personal values and beliefs intersect with the ethical expectations of nursing. They will learn to align their values with the ethical standards of nursing practice and study the legal, ethical, and regulatory frameworks that support nursing. The course also stresses the importance of cultural humility, mutual respect, and patient-centered care across the lifespan and spheres of care. Open to Nursing majors only.

Prerequisites: Admission to the RN to BSN nursing program.
