LIBS 2010 - Reflections on Classroom Environments3 unit(s) The course is geared towards candidates who have completed at least 1 year of professional or volunteer experiences in K-8 educational spaces, and are able to connect these experiences with course material. Course topics include: reading assessments, reading methods for inclusive classrooms, digital literacy, principals of effective classroom management, positive and safe classroom environments, building impactful relationships with students and families. Equivalent to LIBS 2000.
Prerequisites: Consent of instructor. Candidates must be at a junior or senior level, and have at least 1 year of professional or volunteer experiences in a K-8 educational space, or have taken LIBS 3200.
