CJ 5320 - Critical Examination of Criminal Law3 unit(s) Examination of the evolution of and issues relating to American Criminal Law. Will include policy and constitutional considerations, discussions of how the criminal law shapes society and is shaped by society, and an exploration of the future of criminal law.
Prerequisites: Undergraduate course in criminal law (CJ 2280 or equivalent) or consent of instructor or graduate director; graduate standing.
