NURS 5420 - Theories of Individual and Family/Group Psychotherapy

Introduces students to a variety of conceptual models and theories related to the practice of individual psychotherapy and family therapy. Students will apply selected theories to case study material and evaluate the utility of theory-based research findings for specific client populations.

Corequisites: Need to follow the roadmap for the certification.

Prerequisites: Be admitted to the Post Masters Psychiatric-Mental Health APRN certificate.
