The course will contain components of psychiatric assessment and differential diagnosis concerning patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders across the lifespan. Students will further their abilities with psychiatric assessment and diagnoses development to provide for mental health treatment and promotion.

Corequisites: Need to follow the roadmap for the certification.

Prerequisites: Be admitted to the Post Masters Psychiatric-Mental Health APRN Certificate to enroll in this course.
