KINS 1001 - Lifelong Wellness Through Physical Activity2 unit(s) The course provides an introduction to core concepts of wellness through physical activity. More specifically, the course provides an overview of health related physical fitness, physical activity, body composition, nutrition, stress management and a variety of other factors that influence quality of life. The course is designed to teach students the importance of and strategies for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
