LEAD 4000 - Leadership, Collaboration, and Conflict3 unit(s) Conflict and collaboration are fundamental to effective leadership with diverse and dispersed work groups. Students will become familiar with different ways of exercising leadership, their own strengths and weaknesses, and how they can best work with others in group and team-oriented leadership contexts to resolve conflicts effectively. They will learn and apply leadership and conflict skills in a hands-on collaborative approach that encourages them to challenge their own beliefs and assumptions about what constitutes leadership.
Prerequisites: Junior standing or consent of instructor.
