MGT 5620 - Compensation and Benefits3 unit(s) Overview of the design and administration of effective compensation and benefits systems. The course presents strategies relating to compensation design, choosing employee benefits, positioning total compensation within competitive labor markets, compliance, and compensation design within both unionized and non-unionized and profit, nonprofit, and government organizations.
