EDSS 4850 - Secondary Educ Fld Practicum I

(Formerly EDSC 4850) The California Commission on Teacher Credentialing requires students to complete a total of 600 clinical hours. Students will be assigned to a mentor teacher at a school site where they will meet a portion of the required clinical hours and gain practical experience in learning to become a credentialed teacher.

Corequisites: Taken concurrently with EDSS 4100.

Prerequisites: Must be cleared to student teach by the Office of Field Services.
