CHEM 4100 - Instrumental Analysis (WP)4 unit(s) Instrumental methods of chemical analysis including discussion of the theory and applications of nuclear magnetic resonance, electron spin resonance, mass spectroscopy, infrared, Raman, visible, ultraviolet, and atomic absorption spectroscopy; specific ion electrode methods; gas and liquid chromatography.
Satisfies upper-division writing proficiency requirement.
Prerequisites: CHEM 2010, CHEM 3020, and CHEM 4010 with C- or higher grades.
