BUS 4901 - Business Professionalism1 unit(s) Consideration of the practical issues facing students as they transition from academe to industry careers in a wide range of fields. Reiteration of the tools and skills required to increase the likelihood of success following graduation. Emphasis will be on the importance of professionalism in both written and oral communication in the context of problem solving and ethical decision-making.
Prerequisites: Completion of the prerequisites to the business administration degree and all other courses in the business administration core. Also, satisfaction of Stanislaus State writing competency requirement, either BUS 3100 or ENGL 3007. MGT 4900, OM 3010, OM 3020, and CIS 3700 may be taken concurrently with BUS 4901.
