KINS 3370 - Theory and Analysis of Fitness Activities2 unit(s) (Formerly PHED 3370) Course provides the student with the knowledge base in the fundamental principles of lifetime fitness activities. Techniques, strategies and philosophic viewpoints appropriate for teaching and administering fitness activity programs to individuals and groups will be emphasized. Limited to junior and senior Kinesiology and Liberal Studies majors.
Prerequisites: BIOL 1010/1020, ZOOL 2250, ZOOL 2235.
