CJ 3160 - Administration and Management in Law Enforcement3 unit(s) Examines the various types of administrative and management principles and practices applicable to law enforcement agencies. The history of law enforcement management, the levels of organizational structure and development, and various management philosophies will be explored. Special attention will center on history, organization, operations, and administrative philosophies of federal law enforcement agencies.
Prerequisites: CJ 2250 and CJ 2280, or consent of instructor.
