CS 3550 - Introduction to Computational Thinking3 unit(s) Introduction to a few major topics in computing: Algorithms, Abstractions, and Social Impacts. The topics are placed in a real-world context by exploring real-world science and engineering challenges. The course teaches some basic programming and also goes beyond coding to teach computational thinking. Course is aimed at non-computing majors who have no prior computing experience.
