Introduction to theory and research-based nursing care of women and families related to reproductive, perinatal, and childbearing health. Focus is on health promotion and disease prevention as well as the management of clients in the reproductive phase.

Corequisites: NURS 3850.

Prerequisites: Admission to the pre-licensure nursing program, students must follow curricular roadmap for pre-licensure nursing or consent of instructor.
