A course for pre-service and in-service teachers of speakers of English as a second language in the context of K-12 through junior college education. It analyzes English grammar from a communicative, descriptive and discourse perspectives, with consideration of cross-linguistic contrast, and of applications for teaching English as a Second Language. Open to Graduate Students Only.
