PSYC 5870 - Behavior Analysis of Personnel Supervision

Topics related to the application of behavior analytic principles and methods to the professional supervision of individuals seeking certification as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) as well as others working within an organization will be addressed. A function based approach will be emphasized that includes clear performance expectations for supervisee and supervisor, performance monitoring and reinforcement systems, skill assessments designed to improve supervisee and supervisor professional supervision skills.

Prerequisites: Graduate standing or consent of instructor. Psychology 5055 and Psychology 5750.
