KINS 4540 - Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Health

This course is intended to guide students, literally and experientially, to explore the complexity of entanglements among world spiritual traditions, and the effects on health and healing of body and mind. Students will learn about mental illness and the stress process, and its relationship to individual wellness and total health. Limited to junior and senior standing.

Prerequisites: BIOL 1010/1020, or MBIO 2010, or MBIO 3010/3032, and ZOOL 2250, ZOOL 2235, MATH 1600 or 1602 and KINS 1000.
