SOCL 4920 - Nutrition and Criminal Behavior

Examines the theories and evidence which show a relationship between diet and behavior. Various diet therapies will be discussed in terms of whether or not they work and why. The laboratory will include analysis of the student’s eating patterns to determine actual nutrient consumption.
